I love to laugh. And I want to laugh with you! My best days are those spent with others, learning about your Bearcat story and life path. Extra bonus if includes favorite road trips taken.
I’m a farm kid from Nebraska who believes food is best when served on a stick. I am known to weed a flower bed I pass by that needs it and was blessed to grow up in a radio broadcasting family, which surely aided in my love of talking.
My goal is to always be a good magnet, connecting people to one another, helping passion meet purpose. Prior to becoming a Bearcat, I worked in external relations at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln including legislative affairs, donor engagement, employer development and student recruitment.
Since arriving at Northwest in 2017 to grow profession-based learning opportunities, I’ve been fortunate to create with so many wonderful internal and external partners. A highlight being the Career Closet which provides free professional clothing to Bearcats. I joined the “A Team” in 2021 and am loving life across the street in the Faust Alumni House. Stop in!
Outside of work, I’m involved in Lions Club and FFA Alumni and travel the country as a resiliency speaker for Chi Omega Sorority. I also have a side-hustle, Collisions of Awesomeness, where I speak about gratitude, networking, and other personal development topics.
My husband and I live in Mound City and our daughter is an early childhood education major at Northwest, loving life as a Bearcat!
